I’m so beyond excited to invite you to spend the weekend in beautiful Kenmare for the Inner Magic Retreat.
I want this weekend to feel like a warm joyful hug that gives you space to reconnect with yourself, feel excited about life and all the magic that lies ahead for you. A chance to focus on what brings YOU joy and a zest for life.
Between cosy yoga, adventure time in nature, a cacao ceremony, vision boarding and music & mantra - we’ll have a weekend full of magic.
And I would absolutely LOVE to have you there!!!

Why go on a weekend retreat??
With the pace of life it can be easy for the days or weeks to fly by without us experiencing anything new. That’s what I love about retreats, its a retreat away from the day to day - trying new things, meeting new like minded people and experiencing a new beautiful place. Its a recipe for learning about yourself, lifes magic and YOUR inner magic!
All the whilst being in a supportive, caring environment. I have the great help of my mom Sarah and Aunt Maria to create a homely and nurturing space.
Whilst the schedule for the weekend is quite jam packed it’s important to know that this is YOUR Retreat so everything is optional. If you feel like having a lie in, some alone time or a midday nap, listen to your lovely body :)
Free time delights:
Foot baths by the fire with my soulsaol healing bath salt mixes - I’ll have supplies ready so you can avail of them at any point throughout the weekend.
Tea & chats by the fire.
Stroll through the trees or sit out on the big balcony and take in the fresh air and stunning views.
Relax, journal or read in the yoga room.
As I’m a trained aromatherapist and have my own self care product range you better believe a Selfcare Goodie bag will be waiting for you on your bed <3
Where: 10 minute drive from Kenmare Town, Co. Kerry. Directions/exact location will be sent upon booking.

Exchange: Price includes everything for the weekend - accommodation, food, classes, excursions :)
€420 for shared room (you’ll be sharing with 1 other person. Rooms have 2 single beds and are ensuite) AVAILABLE**
€499 for private ensuite double bed ensuite (there is just one of these available) BOOKED**
€480 for private ensuite room with single bed (There is just one of these available) BOOKED**
Payment: Non refundable €100 deposit required to book via Revolut or bank transfer. The remainder to be paid by Friday March 22nd.

The deposit is non refundable.
If cancelling within 2 weeks of the retreat a refund of the remaining payment will be made IF your spot can be filled.
