How this retreat came to be:
☀️ A wise woman in my life once told me that the land of Portugal has the ability to help us meet our edges and connect to our wild and playful selves. So last May after a very stressful period in my life I decided to spend a month in a small town along the Portuguese coast, and this month brought me exactly that - joy, clarity, light hearted fun, playfulness and healing.
🌊 Towards the end of the month I started to get a strong feeling that I wanted to create a way for others to have this kind of experience. So I went to visit a nearby retreat center and the minute I walked into it I had one of those freaky feelings like I’d been there before. I just knew it was meant to be…
💫 And so what a dream come true to return here and create this magical, heart warming and gently transformative retreat for you. A chance for you to connect with yourself, discover new depths of yourself, build community & connections, have fun and experience the joyful, healing energy that I felt here!
💙 In the past people have said that my retreats always feel like arriving into a homely, family energy - this is also because my Mom & Aunt are always there to support me and share their wisdom and love as well. 🐚 I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating the most magical schedule for you, I share these classes & workshops straight from my heart as they have transformed my life time and time again. I carefully designed it so so that the week has a natural, transformative flow to it. So that it feels like one big journey of self discovery from the moment you arrive to the moment we say goodbye.
This is your retreat so absolutely everything is optional, You are free to rest or move as much as feels good to you.
Free Time Activities:
Relax, read or chat by one of the 2 pools at the retreat space.
Enjoy your 30 minute energy healing session with my Aunt Maria (see details below)
Take some time for yourself at one of the venues many hang out areas including the pool side deck chairs, roof top terrace, the patio.
Take a stroll through the countryside or even as far as the nearest beach which is a 25 minute walk.
Book a relaxing massage with one of the amazing therapists at the venue.
Book a surf lesson with one of the many local surf schools.
Take a stroll around Ericeira town, just a few minute uber away.

✨Energy Healing Sessions✨
I’m over the moon to share that my amazing aunt Maria will be joining me on this retreat. She is a Shamanic practitioner and Reiki master of over 30 years. You will see on the schedule that Maria will be guiding us through a shamanic journey and releasing fire ceremony, its going to be incredible. I just love working together, I feel so lucky! You are in for a real treat!
Not only that but she will be offering 30 minute healing sessions throughout the retreat - included in your price!

Accomodation:
Our home for this Retreat is the beautiful Casa Paço D’Ilhas. Located in small rural village just minutes drive from Ericeira, a quaint fishing and surfing town.
Originally built in 1869, the renovation of this old Portuguese house has created a beautiful, luxurious and magical retreat venue. This oasis has 2 pools, a yoga shala, outdoor fire pit, many lounge/hang out areas and a variety of unique bedrooms. It is surrounded by beautiful country side for strolls in nature and in 25 minutes walking distance of a stunning beach.

One of the venues most unique accommodation options is this two-story renovated rustic barn. It is a stunning open plan house and sleeps 4 guests with a cosy shared living area and lots of private amenities.

Our retreat Centre is located along the Portuguese coast, just 5 minute drive from the beautiful fishing town Ericeira. Lisbon is the nearest big city and the airport is only 40 minute drive.

This retreat is for anyone looking for a fun summer holiday and journey of self discovery all in one.
I am dedicated to creating welcoming spaces for all genders and all ages.
I am dedicated to sharing accessible practices suitable for all levels whether you're new to exploring wellbeing or have been deep diving for years.
This retreat will be a magical space for you to come by yourself or with a friend or loved one.

From Lisbon Airport:
The retreat centre is a 40 minute drive from Lisbon Airport.
You have the option to book a private car through the retreat Centre. Or an easy and cheap way is to get an Uber or Bolt (Usually around €40 or less).
Travelling from Lisbon City:
You can get an uber straight to the retreat centre.
Or get the bus from Lisbon to Ericeira town and then get an uber for the 5 minute drive to the retreat centre.
We will be making a whatsapp group chat 3 weeks before the retreat. Here everyone will have the option to share their travel plans and arrange carpooling to the venue if desired.

There is a variety of different room/bed options that are all different prices starting from €1275 . Please refer to the accommodation section to explore the different options.
I require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your spot. Each room is individually priced, please refer to our accommodation section to see options and pricing.
The remaining balance is to be paid in 3 installments:
25% by March 28th
25% by May 25th
25% by June 27th.

To book your spot follow the booking link under your room of choice. You will be required to pay the non refundable deposit to book your spot.

Your 25% deposit is nonrefundable.
For the remaining payment: If you cancel for any reason within 60 days of the retreat, we can only offer you a refund if we are able to fill your spot. While we are deeply sympathetic to those who may have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, due to the nature of running these retreats and in order to keep them financially viable for us, theses policies must be enforced and we cannot offer refunds on cancelled bookings (unless we fill your spot) regardless of personal circumstances such as any injury or illness including covid.
By choosing to book in and paying your deposit for the retreat, this means you are agreeing to these terms.
We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
