I’m so beyond excited to invite you to retreat with me for a weekend of cosy rest, self care and beautiful connection.
I want this weekend to feel like a big warm hug full of restful yoga, tea & chats around the fire, a heartwarming cacao ceremony, cosy crafts and so much more. Ooooh I’m so excited!
After 3 years of offering the Big Rest class online and in person this offering has become my biggest passion in life. So sure enough the next exciting step had to be taking the essence of The Big Rest and creating a whole weekend of it!
What is the Big rest you might ask?
As I’ve done extensive training in yoga, massage therapies and aromatherapy, I wanted to use all my tools to create the ultimate slow down, selfcare and self love experience. So the class often includes:
- restorative yoga, yoga nidra, guided massage, mantra, meditation, affirmations and always infused with lots of aromatherapy magic.
So you can expect lots of that and so much more from this weekend …
Whilst the schedule for the weekend is quite jam packed it’s important to know that this is YOUR Big Rest weekend so everything is optional. If you feel like having a lie in or a midday nap, listen to your lovely body :)
Free time delights:
Foot baths by the fire with my soulsaol healing bath salt mixes - I’ll have supplies ready so you can avail of them at any point throughout the weekend.
Sea swim - Kenmare pier is a 10 minute drive away for any of you wild winter sea swimmers.
Tea & chats by the fire.
Stroll through the trees or sit out on the big balcony and take in the fresh air and stunning views.
As I’m a trained aromatherapist and have my own self care product range you better believe a Big Rest Goodie bag will be waiting for you on your bed <3
Where: 10 minute drive from Kenmare Town, Co. Kerry. Directions/exact location will be sent upon booking.
When: Nov 17th 4pm - Nov 19th 1pm
Exchange:
€420 for shared room (you’ll be sharing with 1 other person. Rooms have 2 single beds and are ensuite)
€499 for private double bed ensuite (there is just one of these available)
Payment: €100 deposit required to book via Revolut or bank transfer. The remainder to be paid by Friday 20th October.

The deposit is non refundable.
If cancelling within 2 weeks of the retreat a refund of the remaining payment will be made IF your spot can be filled.
