Whats Inside:
Handmade lavender eye pillow -Filled with buckwheat/Rice, lavender flowers and essential oils. This pillow is amazing for placing over your eyes during meditation practices or while you are simply relaxing before bed. The weight of it, the darkness and the lavender will bring you into a state of stillness and rest.
Top tip: for tension relief why not put your eye pillow in the microwave for 20 seconds and then over your eyes/forehead. Feel the tension ease away.
Please note: These eye pillows are handmade and every single one is a unique design. We had so much fun hand dying the fabric and creating them for you. Each one will look completely different so the one you receive will not be identical to the ones in the photos. You can choose a colour scheme, this just means the main colours of your eye pillow will be green or purple. However the ones you receive will be completely unique. We hope it makes you smile.
Grounding Mist:
I want this mist to feel like a blanket of comfort and relief is showering over you when you need it most. Frankincense is the King of grounding , offering almost instant relief in moments of anxiety or intensified emotion. Cedarwood offers the centering energy of the cedar tree, simply rooting you back down to earth when feeling heightened. Rose offers that warm and nourishing hug we all need to feel safe and soothed.
How to use: Mist over your face/body/room to ground, calm and centre.
Inner Warrior Oil:
Cedarwood offers the extremely grounding energy of the cedar tree, helping you feel centered and supported. Sweet Orange offers both an uplifting boost and spiritual protection, creating a strong barrier against negative energies. This oil will help you on your journey to feeling strong, courageous, capable and compassionate. Enhancing your connection to your intuition and your inner warrior.
How to use: Add a few drops to your oil burner/diffuser to fill your room with the empowering aroma. Add to a carrier oil to massage onto skin or simply put a few drops into your palms and take some deep inhales.
