2 options & How to Use:
5ml Dropper Cap: This contains only the pure essential oils. Ideal for oil burners/diffusers, adding to carrier oils for massage or simply putting a drop in your hands and taking a nice inhale. Add this to your diffuser in the evening when you begin to winddown, bliss!
15ml Pipette: The essential oils are mixed with grapeseed carrier oil making it ideal for massaging directly onto the skin or to your bath. My top tip with this would be massaging it onto the soles of your feet as the ultimate stress relieving bedtime ritual.
